The latest generation of the “RUTTEN” blast wheels give you the following special specifications:

- the possibility to use all abrasive
- impellor and control cage with equal lifetime as the blades of the blast wheel
- reduction of the required energy and reduction of the abrasive consumption
The company STRAALTECHNIEK INTERNATIONAL N.V. is especially working in the domain of automatic shot blasting.
STRAALTECHNIEK installs RUTTEN blast wheels to replace conventional blast wheels to modernize existing machines to increase the working efficiency and production by means of a higher abrasive speed with at the same time decrease of the maintenance cost.
Engineering and design department
STRAALTECHNIEK supplies not only the “RUTTEN” blast wheels but use these wheels also in the latest generation automatic blast wheel machines which they are selling. The machine range is very complete and contains:
Roller conveyor shot blast machines, hanger-machines, belt machines, tumbler machines as well as turntable machines and machines developed from the standard machines such as roller supported rubber belt- or metal belt types.
STRAALTECHNIEK INTERNATIONAL gives a lot of attention to the machine construction so that the work pieces are transported through the machine with a minimum wear to the inside of the blast chamber. The advantage is achieved by the low speed of the abrasive ricochet to the walls of the blast chamber. The wear of the inside wear plates is reduced to a minimum.
STRAALTECHNIEK INTERNATIONAL produces also custom made Wheel Shot blasting Machines. Most of the time these models replace existing compressed air blast installations. The work pieces are placed on a lorry or on rollers after which they are transported through the machine or they are hanging on a monorail system with which they pass through the blast chamber. The blast chamber are developed in such a way that the dimensions are optimal for the work pieces.
