Turntable blast cleaning machines
A specifically developed rangeof standard machines for workpieces which are not suitable for treatment in an overhead conveyor or drum blast cleaning machine, equipped with the unique "Rutten" blast wheels which require little maintenance, keep maintenance costs down to an absolute minimum and which ensure the highest possible rate of production is achieved.
The turntable blast cleaning machines with various table diameters are manufactured from heavy steel plate, manganese lined on the inside.
The blast pattern from the blast wheel fully covers the table segment to allow optimum loading. The newly developed abrasive separators ensure that the abrasive receives optimum cleaning and a high cleaning speed can be achieved. The entire assembly complies with the strictest European standards. Thus — for instance — dust emissions from the dust collector are guaranteed to remain below 3 mg/m3. The control unit incorporates a PLC controller.
