Roller conveyor blast cleaning machines
A specifically developed range of standard machines equipped with the unique "Rutten" blast wheels which require little maintenance, keep maintenance costs down to an absolute minimum and which ensure the highest possible race ol production is achieved.
The length of the roller conveyor is matched to the customers requirements and may be supplemented, furthermore, with side loading, a prc-drying oven, a brush/blow off unit, paint spraying equipment and a drying tunnel. The machines are manufactured from heavy steel plate, manganese lined on the inside and extra wear resistant cladding, consisting of removable panels, within range of the blast wheels. The speed of the conveyor is continuously adjustable.
The newly developed abrasive separators guarantee optimum cleaning of the abrasive. The entire assembly complies with the strictest European standards. Thus - for instance - dust emissions from the dust collector are guaranteed to remain below 3 mg/m3. The control unit incorporates a PLC controller.
In addition to this standard series, the comprehensively derailed specifications of which are to be found overleaf, machines can also be custom built.
Machines derived from this configuration are those known as wire belt blast cleaning machines (for cleaning thin-walled castings, for instance) and rubber belt blast cleaning machines (for blasting concrete tiles, for instance).
