Horizontal Blasting - Blastomatic VH2
The complete new developed dust-free hand blasting machine BLASTOMATIC VH2 has dozens of applications, ranging from small blasting jobs to larger repairs. The machine is ideally suited for places where dust is prohibited. The matching vacuum cleaner extracts all the dust which ensures clean work.
The hand blasting machine is made of extremely hard material, and is exceptionally wear-resistant. This BLASTOMATIC machine is also equipped with a RUTTEN blast wheel with curved blades, made from a special steel alloy. It has has a diameter of 100 mm which results in a blasting pattern of 125 mm in longitudinal direction and 25 mm in transversal direction. This means that the BLASTOMATIC VH2 has a blasting capacity on steel of 6 to 8 m2/h Asa 3.
The machine¹s compact size makes it highly maneuverable and it can be used on very small surfaces. Its low weight ( 11 kg) also makes the BLASTOMATIC VH2 easy to use. A counterweight is available as an option , making vertical blasting just as light work as horizontal blasting.
