Drum blast cleaning machines, metal belt version
A specifically developed range of standard machines equipped with the unique "Rutten" blast wheels which require little maintenance, keep maintenance costs down to an absolute minimum and which ensure the highest possible rate of production is achieved.
The drum blast cleaning machines are equipped with a metal link crack with hardened steel plates on which the workpieces nimble and are thus cleaned.
A mechanical or hydraulically operated loading system is used to load the machine, whereas collecting containers, rubber belt discharge conveyors or a vibrating trough can be used for unloading.
The machines are manufactured horn heavy steel plate, manganese lined on the inside.
The newly developed abrasive separators in various versions with or without drum and/or magnetic system for separating sand and the like, ensure that the abrasive receives optimum cleaning and a high cleaning speed can be achieved. The entire assembly complies with the strictest European standards. Thus — for instance — dust emissions from the dust collector are guaranteed to remain below 3 mg/m3.
The control unit incorporates a PLC controller.
