Wheel Blasting

Our standard range of shot-blasting wheel machines includes in particular the following types:

Roller Conveyor machines
Hanger machines
Tumbler machines with rubber or metal belt
Turntables machines

In addition to these standard type machines, we also manufacture special installations in two categories:

Models derived from the standard types machines like:
- Machines with conveying rubber belt.
- Machines with conveying metal belt.
- Turntables machines with integrated hanger system.
Complete installations or chains like:
- Roller conveyor machines with pre-drying unit, the paint installation, drying unit and loading / unloading system.
- Machines with monorail systems, etc.
- Machines with lorries

We manufacture special machines for all kinds of application according to the requirements of the customer.

In the most of the cases, all types of machines replaces successfully blasting rooms using compressed air. Wheel machines function better and the cost are definitely less.

All our machines are equipped with RUTTEN WHEELS.

USED Tumbler machine type TRA80

This machine is a tumbler machine with rubber belt type TRA80 and has 1 Rutten wheel dia.300mm 5,5kW with a frequency inverter.

USED Turntable machine type DA2400

This machine was sold in 2006 in Belgium and the machine worked for only 80h. It is a turntable machine type DA2400 (table diameter 2.4m) and has 2 Rutten wheels dia.320 15kW with a frequency inverter.

Gamma Turbines - Rutten

Given a similar rotation speed and identical turbine diameter, Gamma® turbines provide a 25% higher abrasive projection speed. Thanks to this increased speed and the fluidity of the outflow, the shotblasting quality and capacity are noticeably enhanced, from 10 to 25%, depending on the application.

Rutten Wheels

Rutten wheels - centrifugal turbines with curved blades used in wheel blasting installations. They are the worlds most reliable wheels, with the blades lifetime 8 times longer than any other similar turbine.
