Elevator/separator/silo combination 4 m³
The working capacity of the elevator/ separator combination is 4 m3, or about 15 tons of metallic abrasive. This combination is therefore frequently used in smaller blast rooms that have one or two blast machines under the silo.
The most important part of the combination, to which Straaltechniek pays a great deal of attention, is the separator.
The sieve system of the separator has a vibrating unit fitted as a standard.
The with of the separator is such that the abrasive falls in a thin curtain, allowing the dust and the unusable abrasive to be sucked away. Large particles are transported over the sieve to a separate bag.
This means that the optimal quality of the abrasive is continuously available and a high standard of production is achieved.
