Injection blast cabinets type SKIF

Injection blasting works on the principle of depression abrasive aspiration. In these cabinets the abrasive is recovered trough absorption. The parts that need to be blasted are inserted in the cabinet trough a door. On the front side of the cabinet there are 2 rubber protected holes that allow the hands of the operator access into the cabinet. The proportions of the abrasives are set using a proportioning valve.

The dust collecting filter is in concordance with the dimensions of the cabinet, and of the abrasives used in the blasting process. On request the cabinets can be equipped with a rotary table and other accessories for fixing the blasting gun.
