Safety Quick Stop (sQs) deadmanssystem
Conventional safety switches normally consist of pneumatic or electric working level-operated switches. Unless these protection systems are used in praxis for many years, several disadvantages are connected to it.
The sQs magnet switch is developed to eliminate the disadvantages. The operator no longer needs to exercise the squeezing force, and the unmeant stopping of the installation due to fatigue will no longer exist, and a operation friendly and ergonomic efficient safety switch is born.
Using the sQs deadmansstem, a small operating device with magnetic contact is mounted either on the blast hose or can be attached to the belt of the operator.
The emergency stop function will only be activated if the magnetic contact is broken. The magnet is attached to the operating device and connected by a cord to the wrist of the operator or the blast hose. After breaking the magnetic contact, main air and abrasive metering valve are closed simultaneously with the opening of the exhaust valve.
